6. Register a Thai company

It takes about 15 working days from the date of application to complete the company registration procedures (receive all registration documents). After the company registration documents are issued, you are eligible to apply for a work residence permit and a long-term residence visa from the Thai Labor Department and Immigration Bureau.

 

Conditions for registering a Thai company

1. You can apply for registration in the name of any natural person or legal person;

2. There must be at least 3 sponsors, at least 1 director and 1 auditor;

3. Registered capital of a Thai company: The minimum registered capital of a limited company is 1 million baht, and there is no upper limit. According to the requirements of the Thai Labor Department for foreign companies, one foreigner can be hired for every additional 2 million baht of capital.
