Process of registering an Indonesian company

1. Fill in the company registration application form;

2. The Indonesian company name is verified and can be registered only after checking the register for no duplicate names;

3. Write the registration application documents (articles of association, power of attorney, statement of establishment);

4. Arrange for the documents to be notarized at the Indonesian notary office;

5. Complete the Indonesian company address certificate;

6. Make the Indonesian company letterhead and seal;

7. Complete the Indonesian company registration and apply for the OSS system, and upload the full set of Indonesian company information to the Indonesian OSS system;

8. Complete the Indonesian company tax registration and receive the NIB registration number;

9. The Indonesian company is successfully registered.

 

Conditions for registering an Indonesian company:

1. Company shareholders: At least 2 shareholders are required, which can be companies or individuals, one director and one commissioner, regardless of nationality.

2. Company directors: At least 1 director is required, no local requirement.

3. Company supervisors: 1 supervisor is required.

4. Registered capital: Starting from 2.5 billion rupiah (to register a wholly foreign-owned company, the capital must generally be 300,000 US dollars).

5. Registered address: 1 local valid registered address is required.

 

Documents required for registering an Indonesian company:

1. Indonesian company name (the name must be PT. + corporate trade name. PT means limited company);

2. Detailed business scope of the company;

3. Scanned copies of the passports of shareholders/directors (valid for more than 18 months);

4. Certified proof of address of shareholders/directors;

5. Signing of legal documents (prepared by our company), which must be written in Indonesian and notarized.
