4. Submit to the government department for relevant procedures;

5. Complete registration: about 20 working days.

Conditions for registering a Cayman company

1. Anyone over the age of 18 can register;

2. The registered capital is generally US$50,000, and no actual capital verification is required;

3. The British law is adopted, and the company form is an exempted company, which can reasonably avoid taxes;

4. No need to go to Cayman to hold an annual general meeting of shareholders;

5. One shareholder and one director are required, and the shareholder and director can be the same person;

6. A company name needs to be provided, and the company name is unlimited;
