Process of registering a Hong Kong company

1. Search the company name in Hong Kong, China (select 3 preferred alternative names for the search);

2. Search the official website, and you can register after the search is passed;

3. Prepare a full set of relevant company registration materials and sign statutory documents (arrange all shareholders and directors to sign a full set of documents);

4. Approval by the Hong Kong government, China, generally about 7 working days;

5. The registration of the Hong Kong company is completed.

Conditions for registering a company in Hong Kong

1. Company name (must have an English name, Chinese name is optional);

2. One or more shareholders (must be over 18 years old);

3. One or more directors (must be over 18 years old, can be the same person as the shareholder);

4. Registered capital (the registered capital does not need to be verified, the standard is HK$10,000);

5. Registered address (the address must be in Hong Kong, China);

6. Legal secretary (Hong Kong Company Law stipulates that a limited company must appoint a legal secretary, who must be a Hong Kong citizen/permanent resident/legal person.);

7. Register of significant controllers: The register must be kept at the company's registered office or somewhere in Hong Kong, China. The register of significant controllers can be kept in printed form or electronic form.
